Now Recruiting for MCDST Course
We have recently updated the site with the first course dates for 2008.
Our next Microsoft Certified Desktop Service Technician (MCDST) course will start on 18th February 2008, and we're looking to recruit eligible Edinburgh job seekers for it now.
The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end-users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that are running the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Course Delivery
This course has been designed as a 140-hour curriculum and is delivered on a part-time basis 15 hours per week, with 2 - 2.5 full classroom and lab based days per week, over 26 weeks.
The programme is delivered at ECTA in Wester Hailes.
